Thai cendol
Cendol or Lord Chong are sweet iced dessert comprised of green rice jelly and sweet coconut milk which can be found across Southeast Asia. The name Lord chong means to pass through the holes, which reflect the process of the making the rice jelly by squeezing rice mixture through the holes to form the jelly droplets.
